fair play to them. they have the literal life of riley. they sleep for about 20 hours every day. i have no idea what they do for the other four hours as they only seem to be active in any way when i'm asleep. they're certainly completely knackered immediately they finish breakfast. living the dream.

very nice chaps. they've landed on their feet here. they solved our mice issue with a 48 hour massacre as soon as they arrived and they've just lain around sleeping ever since. deterrence is still work, i suppose.

horse ALWAYS hungry. honestly, they take the piss. from about 1pm they stand on the stairs outside my office. staring at me like they're telekinetic. the minute i stand or look at them they SPRINT to the kitchen as if i will be dragged there by sheer dint of their will. this until their 3.30 feed.

i'm sorry to hear that. it packs such a flavour punch and also very good for our gut biome. i do buttermilk brined wings every friday with a different sauce but my faves are buffalo with a roquefort and yoghurt dip.

I love mine but only use it for two things: pot roast chicken and making stock with 2kg of roasted wings. saying that I do that chicken once a week and love residing the stick again and again to make the most delicious and viscous jus.
