The cost exposure from decommissioning now far exceeds the tax revenues, England has water and the Irish make great whiskey. Plus India had massive wealth to plunder.

The go after the energy strategy has real teeth.

Plus it’s practically impossible to defend against since it’s all civil infrastructure and mostly can’t be moved underground.

I’d be thinking about gas pipelines as well as oil refineries and storage if they are not already doing that.
