Those in the military responsible for this know that it's wrong & simply don't care. They have proven their loyalty to the Traitor-in-Chief by indiscriminately murdering South American civilians, so it's clear that they will obey his every command however illegal or unconstitutional they may be.

They're currently violating international law & the US Constitution by murdering South American civilians to prove their fealty to their False Orange God. No further evidence is required to establish that the military will do whatever Trump commands them to do, however illegal or immoral it may be.

States have UNLIMITED POWER to enforce local laws. ICE goons & the Nat Guard are not above the law. When they behave criminally they are subject to arrest like anyone else.
For some reason no mayor or governor has had the guts to protect their citizens by enforcing the law against Trump's thugs.

The United States military has made it clear that they are willing to ignore the US Constitution and all of America's laws in fealty to Donald Trump. Indiscriminately murdering foreign civilians is ample proof of that.
