I haven't posted a comment here but I have 2 more badges I'm doing in time for furpoc and one badge I'm planning on getting done around the same time (although the commissioner does not have a hard deadline)

With that said, I can do one more badge to be mailed/delivered in person for Furpocalypse!

honestly any time you can spend going outside, whether you walk and listen to music or just walk for the sake of walking, can really help to clear one's head and help to relax (especially if it feels incredibly hard to relax) - if you can't go outside, at least stepping away from work helps ♥️

Messenger is a good way to directly talk if you can get onto it, other than maybe Instagram I feel like old people stay on Facebook or LinkedIn

Alternatively, you could write letters when you feel like you can and mail them or phone call when possible, that seems to be the best

if it's been weeks of sustained good though, it's probably the meds doing the majority of the lifting and you + good days taking care of the rest!
