I'm *really* happy they brought attention to the AWS outages that VRChat was notoriously dealing with over the past few forever.

Here's hoping their migrations to in-house services can mitigate many of these disruptions.

Maybe it'll fix the endless "Avatars never loading" problems.
That is Jim Sam.

Clearly the brother of Flotsam.
Titan A.E. was always top tier for me. Lost count as to how many times I've watched it over all of these years.

...probably should go watch it again actually... XD

I bailed on DA *years* ago when they made it abundantly clear they didn't care about art theft and re-uploads and ignored basically every copyright law in existence.
The main thing I wish I could remember were some of the games we had gotten. Some I remember being quite fun, despite how insanely basic some were.

Maybe one of these days I should just start prodding at lists of "Win 3.1 Games" and see what I can find. Might find other gems.
I need to hit up my dad one of these days and ask him what we used to use when I was a kid. Occasionally these tiny games would show up on our computer, and we didn't have the disks for them, and he said he "called into a place" to get them.

We had a Packard Bell with Win 3.1 at the time.
AWS outages have been non-stop for the past several months.

The other service providers out there don't even have to advertise anymore to get new customers at this rate.

...I also genuinely hope some of the services I use on AWS regularly *DO* make a migration to a better platform <.<
THAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT is amazing art.

And featuring an even amazinger horse! <3
Is it me, or nowadays if you blink wrong AWS goes offline?
I still have all the original paperbacks. Such a great addition to a childhood for sure.

Whomever this moderator is, they're the problem. They have zero interest in actually respecting real artists.
Thats all easy enough for us in AV, but we still consider the destination and whether or not the effort even matters.
I've dabbled in HDR in production, but so far consumer devices support HDR we still haven't determined if it's worth the headache or not.
Many of my friends are on Telegram, so I got an account.

Three weeks later, the account was "frozen".

As of today, it is fully banned.

No warnings. No reasons. No response from *any* support team.

I'm now part of the over 3 million people banned this year.
The vibrant colors used in much of your art certainly makes for epic prints.
The type of particles that this glass emits is also Alpha particles, which have a hard time getting through skin. However, if ingested, it's a bad time. It's still such a miniscule amount that it would take years/decades of eating/drinking from these to do damage.

Even chipped, they're fine.
While it's *technically* never been safe for food or drink use, the "output" of radiation from the glass is somewhere around 4 millirems per year, which is less than 1% of what we get from everything else around us.

Also, this is a great video about it: www.youtube.com/watch?v=3_gA...

Was always "Super NES" for me.
I think the first Flight Sim I spent *WAY* too much time on was the '98 version. It's what got me really interested in aviation.
Felt like there was SOOOOOOO much that could've been had with the darker undertones they were going for. So much potential lost.
