#GuelphTransit has an interesting variety of liveries. The newest order of Nova Bus LFSe+ buses, such as 296, are blank in contrast to the rest of the fleet!

Plenty of #TTC hybrid electric buses, old and new alike, plow the streets up in the Wilson region of North York! A brief August weekend outing offered quite a lot to experience.

There isn't a right or wrong way to communicate with others. As long as people understand you, it's all good!

Ending off, I just want to say that this is my own stance on using grammar online! I just don't know if anyone else shares my point of view, but I thought it'd be cool to talk about here.

If you were to use my hybrid writing style on another platform (i.e. LinkedIn), people can undermine your professionalism which is why I mention peer pressure coming into play with how you should write.

I prefer having a balance of both, having a formal approach to your writing gives off a sense of authority and genuinity!

on the contrary writing a message like this can convey a more relaxed and soothing tone to those unfamiliar with your usual speaking style :-) but ofc this depends on platform!

Again, the way one writes can stem from peer pressure and previously accepted norms from past environments! It's a fairly interesting thing to think about out loud.

Meanwhile, social media platforms such as Discord is where the peer standard is lower. There is not much of a mandate to speak with such level of clarity.

in fact, ideally I prefer speaking online without the need of FULL punctuation or capitalization (this is how I usually speak)

While I'm fairly understanding about the former, I really don't like the idea of carrying over the high-brow grammar over into Messenger (unless you're buying something off the Marketplace, haha).

I think the entire concept of writing etiquette has a huge dependency on the situation and environment. I've always felt pressured to maintain a significant level of grammar on other social media platforms, namely Facebook and LinkedIn to name two.

#PeterboroughTransit is home to a few 2004 & 2005 Nova Bus LFS model buses, which are some of the oldest buses in the province after the retirement of #NiagaraTransit 's 2368.
