To be honest I am still learning technical terms, but something that is well-rounded for fire roads and relatively short, low intensity desert mountain trails. Won’t be trekking hundreds of miles any time soon lol but hoping to go beyond pavement

those are siick!!! I used to have a Giant, it got stolen while I was in college, miss him horribly😔 and now I have a hybrid Cannondale funny enough! the confidence that running has built has been amazing, so glad I get to try a more fun physical hobby to continue the journey!

I got this bike at a discount years ago and just learned fundamental technique at a free class this weekend. Needs some more proper tires, I fear that will have to wait till Christmas or something. But I’m excited to test it out on easy trails for now!
