Honestly it's been more than a year since I Had the sketch/wip so LAUGHS I'm finally getting around to it.

References: 19th century public domain art and postcards.
The eye of the hare is a tiny rose, and the ears are roses layered over each other, like scales. The tail has a rose at the base, and rose leaves forming the rest of the tail.
I love the rose/leaf pattern; this was the first of my hares in bands of flowers (I may have been new to drawing hares covered in flowers, but I’m not new to art!). I’d probably give it more detail now, but I think it’s still very pretty.
