Even Fox News is now against Hegseth's asinine policy.

There are SO many Trump appointees who are in over their heads when it comes to not being qualified for the positions they've been appointed to. Pete Hegseth may be at the top of the list.

I have friends who are excellent photographers who will not go to Nose Hill Park in #Calgary (the 4th largest #urban #park in #Canada) because, "there's nothing worth photographing there." To them, and to anyone agreeing with that sentiment I simply say, "Pshaw!" 😊 #nature #photography #fall #autumn

I occasionally am known as a fun guy* (😉). Today while on a #trail near the south bank of the #Bow #River in #Calgary I noticed this unusual cluster of #mushrooms growing out of the centre of a #stump of a #tree felled years ago. She's in so far over her head in her current job. To save herself from dismissal on grounds of incompetence a different definition of the word 'head' may need to be applied. Even offering that might not save her, for she's likely too old for the decision makers. Related: release the Epstein files. 😐

Carl Jung, in his work on psychodynamics and archetypes, came up with the concept on the inner child, and the phrase, "release your inner child" is based on that. This ongoing embracing of fantasies best left to a toddler is not what Jung had in mind. It's just more signs of Trump's sad insanity.

Thanks. Quite often the "Right Time, Right Place" factor is huge in separating a good photo from an ordinary one. I was fortunate that way on my morning walk yesterday.
