There are some citrus allergies in my household, so I avoid lemons. Usually the flavors of my vegetables are enough, although sometimes I’ll add a splash of balsamic vinegar. This doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy strong flavors. I do a lot with herbs, other seasonings, peppers, etc

Climate change is a part of my success for sure, but I also had a bunch of random tomato plants grow all over the place from rotten tomatoes leaving their seeds last year. I left them alone and let them grow. This allowed them to naturally do their thing, even flowering at the end of the season

I needed to add protein and wanted more than egg. I don’t use salad dressing, only a little bit of oil, so the sauce was a nice addition for flavor
