Sure, however…..This isn’t “rhetoric” by any means. This is the current administration policy to fire people instead of negotiate and it shouldn’t be seen as anything else. They were fired by Trump, period.

Also…..why isn’t every democrat referring to the shutdown as “the Trump shutdown” at nauseam? Why aren’t they saying if your job is being threatened or ended it’s because “Trump fired you”, he won’t be able to take it so give it to him over and over.
