Where’s the BG lie? A 13 year old was arrested by ICE and sent to a Virginia detention facility. It happened. Meanwhile, DHS has produced no evidence that a child had a rap sheet and is alleging unverifiable claims to save face.

I would say its Narcissist Personality Disorder (NPD ).
Maybe Malignant. He lacks empathy, disregard the feelings and needs of others, and use or exploit others to meet their needs.
Also watch as a political party becomes a Cult.
