My favourite dragon age character is celia mac tir. She has no visual appearance, is long dead before the game starts, and is only fleshed out in one of the writers twitter posts.

im working on my anticapitalism but i think the thing that cemented my decision not to buy veilguard was the fact that they let go of half the main writers... i followed development so closely and stalked each writers social media for fun so the fact that bioware treated their veterans that way :///

like an NPC asks you "hows your parents" and you can say
"they're fine" or
"I never knew them" or
"they died"
and then the game remembers and brings it up later
