One should avoid running at anyone with a knife. Esp if they have right to carry a gun. I feel horrible for the one who took the shot

Rumor mill is already flying around EP. Rumors such as; the person was shot by rcmp. They were then rushed to hospital and I believe they are still alive.

Just got back... it was so so so much no goodness. Almost every baseboard had indications of water damage, the basement fully smells of mold and all 3 bathrooms. Also the home is way smaller than I could tell from the pics. Total gut job. Back to the drawing board.
