Man so many layoffs happening all over the country. If you are hiring or know a company that is, be a total pal and signal boost for the people who need it. The only thing that's going to get us through this is community strength.

people act like others shouldn't have vices like ordering doordash, or eating snacks, or splurging on things that have no purpose besides being fun to them and it's like...in a world where we have to pick our battles, literally everyone is going to have vices. let people have harmless ones.

Imagine a United States where you didn't need a literal degree to understand medical billing and benefits. And it's only going to get worse as medical bills bankrupt people without coverage and cling on/suck dry the people who do have insurance to try and make up for lost money.

the game also heavily implies staryu and starmie came from space and do their best to imitate humans which is why they stand on 2 legs. there's a sidequest about it and everything, it's cool.

yep, they were def angling to get into my online account, prob to transfer money out. i reported it to my bank + verizon tho I doubt it'll do much.

i think i just saw "fraud charge" and the text looked exactly like the one they sent when i tried to buy my PC a while back.

as soon as they said "they may have gotten your login info from your app" I was like "well I don't use the app so..." they got so panicked when I was like "let me call you back directly" that it was almost funny. The only thing I'm really annoyed about is that-

they hung up on me and called back 3 times while i called the main branch and confirmed it was a scam. they had the last 4 of my card # and everything. Stuff is nuts. If I almost got fooled...whew. phishing is getting wild.

dude thank goodness i know so many tech folks. i got a text that looked legit like a fraud alert from my bank but i knew something was up when they called me and mentioned changing my password. i gave them the old "let me call you back"
