THE TIME HAS COME,

TO AWAKEN HIM.

TO BRING FORTH THIS BEAST AND

AWAKEN! AWAKEN! AWAKEN! AWAKEN!

TAKE THE LAND, THAT MUST BE TAKEN!
Funfact! He's named after two weapons of war from LOTR! (As a lot of things in WoW Lore are.)

Grond, in LOTR, was the hammer of Morgoth, the first Dark Lord.

Grond is also the name of the Battering Ram used by the forces of Sauron at The Siege of Minas Tirith.
A really powerful example, one that you can even use to show even the alliance starting to see this- true side of Turalyon, is have him use the same slurs that Daelin Proudmoore did.

There will be dickheads, ofc. But, if you have him walk that familiar ground - it'd be powerful indeed.
That, in and of itself, is tricky. I think the key is to draw upon HIS experience with the Horde: Old Horde.

So long as the person using slurs isn't glorified - and it's shown he gets a comeuppance, ala Calvin Candie - I think him using in-universe slurs would be a good way to depict his racism.
Adding on: The word Savage - used by colonizers - was used to justify my people, American Indigenous people - not having rights from 1620, with the foundation of Plymouth - until 1924.

And even to this DAY is used to justify the crimes against humanity that was done to us. I'm sorry, man. L take.
While I WANT him to not be Lord Kiss-ass, I do NOT wanting him using a real world slur.

Calling a person from a culture that is tribe-based, or is parallel to Indigenous people. (Read: Tauren, Troll, etc.) Is not just racist in game. It's racist in real LIFE. And that does NOT fly with me.
Disagree on the fact it was GOOD for him to call a faction of tribal cultures a "Savage".

Which is, in that context - a slur on par with any other racial slur. He can convey that feeling, without using a real world slur towards my people.

Brimuand "Brim" Ironmight - He/him - Bronzebeard Clan.
200 years old, he comes from a long line of survivalists.

Trained as a Rifleman, Brim has the distinct 'dis'honor of being one of only few survivors of Muradin's original expedition to Northrend (WC3.). He is also an expert survivalist.
Marguna Thundertamer - She/her - Wildhammer Clan.
295 years old, born in Ironforge - before the War of Three Hammers. Trained as a Gryphon Rider, she prides herself in being a Strongwoman.

Her hammer, Karrzark (Thunder), is a powerful Dwarven Stormhammer that returns to her hand with a snap.
I'm going to properly brand to Dwarfposting, I think. TIME TO DO AN INTRO THREAD FOR MY DWARVES.
If I had a nickel for every time we've talked about this hammer, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot - but strange that it's happened twice.

(My special interest is Tolkien. Ask for a Dwarvish name, and ye shall receive!)
May I suggest:

Bûlu'abad

It comes from Khuzdul, the Dwarvish of Tolkien. Translates to "Hammer of The Mountain(s)."

#LS here's a piece I wrote for wearyourvoicemag (now deleted) from 2018 where I quoted Cecilia Firethunder as an assertion for solidarity needed in regards to Native reproductive and bodily autonomy.

Yandy's Native American Costumes Perpetuate Violence Against Indigenous Women
Our society can never really eradicate patriarchy or sexual violence when we permit violence against Indigenous women.

The way they mocked the Haraniir's dance, which is similar to one of the dances my people do, as "Fentanyl Dancing" is WILD.
Tak'ush 'Tak' Redtusk. Blademaster of the Horde, founding member of the Old Horde, and New Horde.
Forcing the removal of combat addons* Is what I meant. Damned Character limit.
Forcing Combat Addons (MaxDPS, Hekili, etc.) Is just as equally ableist towards those of us with mental disabilities.

Such as me. A part of my Autism is Aphantasia. (though they aren't mutual to one another.) I still have it.

Doing WoW rotations from memory is nigh impossible.
I'm going to come right out and say it:

While yes the idea of One-Button Rotation is incredibly helpful - and is something I advocate for as it will help players with physical disabilities. (1/2)
Decided to get into streaming, and by doing so - level a Dwarf.

As I was going thru the Airfield, I noticed that the Airfield Guard still have the low-res guard armor. 😆
Got sent this over Discord via DMs.

It legit made me have a flashback to 'The Incident', with a WoWhead Editor. Literally the same image.

(Also, that image wasn't taken by the account. It was originally taken by a Twitter Influencer.)

Wah-Kon-Tah's GRACE I'm glad I'm not on Twitter anymore.
