Second skein has ah….a bit more light color than the first but I’m fine with it.

First time doing a yoke sweater and WOW. Being able to try on my sweater as I go is so nice.

Also I’m kind of amazed at how quickly this is coming together.

People should absolutely be writing about how ICE's occupation of their cities is transforming life in these places, and they should be publishing it in print on paper - not just social media posts. There needs to be a record of this. Things are changing in measurable ways for the worse every day.

I lowkey hate when people tell me they wish they could draw. Bitch you can, you just don’t have the mental fortitude to keep doing it even when you suck until you (WILL) improve.

I draw ugly shit all the time. It’s quite literally part of the creation process.

I don't care if the no kings rally was cringe or ineffective in creating change compared to grassroots organization, the main point, I feel, is to convince every day people that change is actually possible.

I don't care about jaded activists. I care about the folks protesting for the first time.
