Really interesting - I don’t know what forum would be well suited for people to generally know this kind of stuff. No way I could see teaching it in K-12, and it’s a hard sell in mass media. Maybe a gritty long arc multigenerational mashup of Roots and General Hospital

Thank you for pursuing this! I love this debate and am fascinated by the phenomenon. Surely there are parallels in primate and animal societies. You step out of line as a bonobo, you get ostracized. Sapolsky studies this, I think.
