A 4-panel comic about the Anti-Mercs from my Rockman R AU.

Panel 1. “We’re the Anti-Mercs! The most evil in town!” The panel shows one Anti-Merc in the foreground striking a evil pose of sorts, while a whole crowd of mercs are surrounding the back.

Panel 2. Three Mercs are squatting down, scheming with one another. “Tonight is our biggest scheme yet! An all-out ambush in the heart of Neo Rock City!”

Panel 3. One of the Mercs points forward for the other two Mercs to run towards. “ATTACK!

Panel 4. What was expected to be an intense raid, turned out to be just the three Mercs kicking and punching a sign. One of the Mercs is attempting to do a hadouken.
