I love indie games, and I love MMOs, so having a dev just be like "nah I do this because I want to" is great. We'll be trying this out on stream to see if theres any real pet/summon/minion mechanics, but also because shit I kinda remember reading about this when it started development.

Has a magic skill line that mentions summoning natural creatures so it goes in THE LIST, but also I gotta respect any MMO that has this in its about section:

"It's made as a hobby and so no budgetary constraints will stop development of the world or prevent the addition of new ideas."

None of my IRL friends are huge into MMOs nowadays, but one we used to play really fucking obscure MMOs back in the day because we had no money so picked up the weirdest shit because it was free. Hit him up for ideas and he mentioned Planeshift.

Shit I remember this, and its still in development.

Damn, the options for alternates to Google Sheets all kinda suck from what I'm seeing. Breeeh. At this rate I may just end up doing my own version of it on my website, using something like the DataTables library for sorting/filtering/etc. and ease of display.

Also as discussed on stream, gonna do some more work on the pet class document this evening and as part of it I'm gonna have it output in multiple formats so people can more easily do it, like an online-viewable one. Once I figure out what the options are. Not Google Sheets, obviously.

We leveled ranger! We leveled warrior! We started the warrior artifact quests and got a surprisingly sudden lore dump. We also babysat some kids as an excuse to hang out with Halver's cute sister. We also got to see one of said kids dropkick a dude down into a river, so that was cool.

It's in the "Other" section for a reason. When they drop their ground-based bubbles (geolocures) it is based on the 'luopan'. The luopan is an invisible... thing which internally in the game counts as a pet. So technically a pet class, but not really.
