I wanted to make my first post of the year something more reflective to take off the pressure of making some crazy new piece to kick off the new year 😅There's a couple pieces in here you haven't seen yet, made in December, I'll post those next week! #artvsartist

Hey guys!!
It's been a while - my son turns 6 months on Sunday!
I just wanted to post a quick update to say I'm still here, I'm loving life and looking forward to making more art and streaming again.
I'll try post the odd update where I can and give you a time for my debut return lol

As a long time artist, I just want to make it look pretty, but I'm stopping myself from doing so and making boring grey squares to serve the purpose of assets so I can learn code! I think setting yourself 3 things to start with, then increasing that amount slowly is a good way to approach it!

First time dev here, so not sure if I'm "right" by any means 😂 I've done a lot of planning on all the things I *want* to do, then narrowed it down to 3 manageable things. For me, I want to learn how to code, so I'm starting with the minigame aspect of the project and using them as a starting point.

I'd say not to worry about all the fancy things to begin with. If you want to dive into streaming, people don't care if you have just a grey box border and chat window 😂 I managed to hit affiliate in a month with this as my overlay haha. I just slapped some construction tape on it and called it done

It can definitely be a lot to take in xD I'll be honest, I havent played with either buttons or stream avatars (yet), but stream avatars is definitely something I hope to do in future. I started streaming about 9/10 months back and so am still relatively new to the scene!
