This was a fun project and a fantastic submission. With a new quarter starting I’ll be opening the form again for a new giveaway.

I think this ended up being closer to 1/9 scale.

A little of both. Definitely a lot less dust than open shelves, but there are things you can do to mitigate it further.

You can add weather stripping to the door which is the only gaps there.

I also have a fan running periodically which helps keep dust from settling

(Star Trek) A ship based on the Corvette class from the I-War games. A commissioned model of an Ancients outpost. (Stargate).

Two really funny telepath jokes from Rick and Morty season 2 episode 2
Mort asks for the cloud’s name to which it responds “my kind has no use for names. I communicate through what you call ‘Jessica’s feet’. No, ‘telepathy” The cloud was probing Morty’s mind in order to find the right words but Morty was thinking about his crush’s feet Telepathic cloud: “I came here accidentally through a wormhole located in what you call ‘get out of my head, Fart, I know you're in here, la la la la.’ No, in what you call the Promethean Nebula.” Same set up but this time the cloud was probing Rick’s mind to find the right words
