The Fluff ("Lore") is so large and unwieldy that they need a lot of people to sort it out.

That's why they've always relied on fan-sites as a resource.
It's what they did with the early Horus Heresy novels.
Is one of them the guy who tweeted "Do not commit the sin of Empathy." which is a 40K quote (y'know that thing that is in no way Christian), before calling the Bishop that reminded Trump to be a Christian over immigrants, a snake, God's enemy and calling people to hate in response?
I assume you're talking about Israel, yet that's not a given as there's at least one other country this could apply to, if not more.
And I'd add to that, you also support international law.
But doesn't asking 'are we the baddies' infer that there are goodies?
SM models are simpler, so it's probably easier and cheaper to make their moulds.
Plus your initial argument was that Space Wolves were several orders of magnitude more Wolverine wannabes than the Black Dragons.

That plus your other assertions does point you to believing that SW are as close to being the Wolverines of 40K as you can get.

I know the Black Dragons.

And when it comes to being Wolverine wannabes they're still several orders of magnitude behind the Space Wolves. XD
Now if Marvel was the influence on 40K claimed, surely it would have the other two of the big three besides "Thor"?

Iron Man and Captain America.
It's strange that in my decades in the hobby I never saw either of them.
Especially as Wolverine isn't as popular as Spider-Man let alone those three.
Now as I have repeatedly said it's not a pet theory.
It's a reference I thought up on the spur of the moment for comedic purposes.

Space Wolves being a Wolverine reference is your pet theory, considering how much you've fought for it.
That's despite them having a Marvel's Thor reference.
Black Dragons were in the 2002 article on creating Space Marines, where it referenced their mutation.

Logan Grimnar was referenced in 2004's Imperial Armour before appearing in 2009's Space Wolf Codex.

And Logan Grimnar is in no way a reference to Wolverine, as Logan was a British long before him.
Exactly my point.

Britain has had its own take on animal people that's more likely to be a inspiration for 40K than most American ideas of animal people.

Hence my reference to DW's Cheetah People from 1989's Survival.
You have to remember Star Trek: TAS is American and 40K is British, there's no guarantee of any link there.

Cheetah People and Felinids aren't Caitians, just like how the Voth aren't Silurians.

This MP5 reload detail is mind-blowing 🤯

Out now on YouTube: Firearms Expert Reacts to Battlefield 6, including a lovely PW5A3, a bloodied up L110 and a Sniper Rifle that looks like Jonathan's childhood bedroom...

Yes, and it's been like that since 1987.
And let's not forget they like to wear robes (which I suspect the Space Wolves refer to as dresses).

And if you think that's ridiculous, wait until you've heard what they called the first Inquisitor they wrote about.

Inquisitor Obiwan Sherlock Clouseau.
Weird thing is, there's already "Furries" in 40K.

From the Felinids through to the Wulfen, with Beastmen/Fellgors and quite a few other abhumans as well.

Yet they cast it as something the Imperium would automatically hate, and would purge.
Apparently it's a word created for the Horus Heresy/ 40K by combining the classical latin word Primus with the classical greek word Archon.
It's like the DKoK shelling Cadian allies on purpose, and when the Cadians complain having the DKoK calling them faithless for not willing martyring themselves for the Emperor.
All we need is an AI uprising leading to technology becoming a religion and we're in Warhammer 40K.
If they ask again, then you should start by telling them how woke it is.

All the LGBTQ+ stuff, the equality between sexes and colours in humanity, how humanity has more than two genders, and how it's a 1987 British satire on practically everything MAGA stands for.

Best to preface it as a warning.
Then how come they would say that the words Strawberry or Raspberry only had two R's when asked how many R's either word had?

I heard they were using a formula to calculate the right answers, yet it kept getting the R question wrong as the formula was wrong.
And formula's are maths.
But weren't language models saying that Raspberry and Strawberry only had two 'Rs' because they doing language and spelling as a calculation instead of a cognitive process?
Just tell them that female Orks are too overpowered.
Okay...

Whatever we do, don't anyone tell him about 40K.
