TIL Philip Michael Thomas played Brimstone on the Superboy television program.
Yeah, that's right. He was part of the Superman relaunch from the start and within a year would be co-plotting Adventures.
Oh, absolutely, but I don't remember where Ordway was during this period.
Oh boy, did they stumble with the Big Red Cheese. The Legends mini showed some promise, but it should have stuck with Ostrander rather than handed off to Roy.
The ending of COIE asked the question "and now what do we do?" and the initial response was a shrug.

Legends would eventually reply "hold my beer..."
Oddly enough, The New Teen Titans didn't participate in the Legends fun and games.

I'm sure they ask Marv and he replied...
Although Gar had been appearing in one of DC's consistently best-selling titles through out the past decade. At least before Frank and Johnny B came to town.

Happy Star Trek/X-Men Team-Up Day to those who celebrate!

If I had any sense, I would chuck it all and just focus on the Marvel nonsensical reading project currently focusing on titles from Fall 1974.
Each tie-in issue is the call and response of "who wrote this piece of shit? oh, that's right I should have guessed."
Only inertia and stupidity keeps me moving forward with them.
TBF, all of the my various reading projects have reach similar stumbling blocks--at least as far as my enthusiasm for them are concerned.

The Krakao-era X-title reading project is in the midst of Sins of Sinister

The no one hates me more than I do mid-00's reading GL project is at Blackest Night.
Close. The engagement is off in Action #720, they are married the month Action #728 comes out (February 1996-October 1996).
My Superman Triangle-Era reading project has reached the "oh shit, we have to delay the wedding, so we can align with the television program, presuming it doesn't get cancelled first" point.
For a brief period of time, Arthur Fonzarelli's influence could not be understated.
For days after the episode aired, kids were on playgrounds trying to recreate what they saw in the episode.*

*Might not accurately represent actual events.
With an elbow like that, you could easily become a quarter catching champion like Fonzie's cousin in that quintessential Happy Days' episode.
Happy Wildfire Origin Day to those who celebrate!
