As the intensity of the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown has risen, residents of Chicago are increasingly pushing back. Federal agents repeatedly have been observed releasing smoke bombs, tear gas and pepper balls to disperse residents who gather or capture videos.

They should modify major league baseball rules. Two home runs in any inning, or five runs in any inning & your side is out. Don’t be greedy! The exception is if a guy hits a home run with men on base, & that number tips you over the 5 per inning, you get to keep all runs. But that’s it, you’re out

While I’m definitely fond of the classic old red brick dormitory buildings partly covered by ivy, my favorite residence halls are actually these midcentury ones. Bonus for colored panels of any kind, but if they are this type of green that is chef’s kiss. This one 1959.

Scientists from the University of Tennessee analyzed 37 rodents, and concluded that the Chicago sidewalk rat hole wasn’t actually a rat, but was most likely caused by an impression from an eastern grey squirrel.

I just saw them randomly in the supermarket shopping for something else and decided to give them a try. I had a couple of them and was not very impressed and took them to work to try to offload them. I completely forgot about them. One day at work late evening I was desperate, I had to eat them!
