Weird flex, but I've lived in more places than I am years old
Not even all of them are on my map

It's really not a flex though tbh, it's a sign that for my whole life I've struggled with housing in one form or another

"Conversion therapy" is a polite name for something that isn’t conversion and isn’t therapy. It’s abuse.

They would punish us for any positive talk about the same assigned gender unless it was family.
We could only talk to counselors or the opposite assigned gender.

Food was often times worse or on par with some prison food.
I got moldy bread more times than I got good bread.

We worked farm land when we weren't in "therapy" or church services. The hard work was supposed to "straighten us out"

We were only allowed to read KJV
And watch old movies of biblical times like 1956 "The Ten Commandments"
There were maybe 30 in total from various churches

We would drive to the church that I was a part of and get on a bus.
All of us were beaming and so excited to go to summer camp.
None of us knew what was truly going on.
Assigned seats, two to a seat, 1 amab and 1 afab to that seat.

As someone who personally experienced "straight camp"
No words can truly describe how horrific it was.
I was roughly 9, I was told I was going to summer camp.
I was so excited, especially since I loved The Parent Trap, I had been begging to go to camp.
This was after I got caught kissing a girl

So they did a stress test, and determined now that it's not a heart attack (weird)
But she's been released from the hospital as of last night and is home with me.
Keep us in your thoughts, mom(who also lives with me and my fiance) has surgery Monday. She's finally getting her new knee after 2 years!
