The TRUTH About Tommy Robinson’s ‘Terrorism’ Charges

So, when Tommy shouts that “only juries can be done for contempt,” he’s either lying or doesn’t understand the law.

The journalist was right - and careful - because speaking recklessly from outside court can ruin a trial.
gadget44027447.bsky.social
Tommy’s own ally, Ezra Levant, was banned from posting from court for doing exactly this - giving his own commentary on witness credibility and guilt.

That’s literally what “contempt of court” means.
gadget44027447.bsky.social
This is why the BBC reporter refused to discuss details - he was following the law, not hiding the truth.
gadget44027447.bsky.social
Examples of what would get a journalist in trouble:

“It’s clear from the evidence that he’s guilty.”
“The witness seemed unreliable.”
“Most people think the jury will convict.”
“Here’s what I think really happened.”
gadget44027447.bsky.social
Under the UK Contempt of Court Act 1981, anyone - journalists, editors, or even social media users - can be prosecuted if their commentary risks influencing an active trial.

That means reporters can share basic facts from open court, but not opinion, speculation, or analysis until it’s over.

Tommy Robinson stops a BBC reporter outside court and berates him for “refusing to tell the people what happened.”

The journalist replies that discussing the trial could land him in contempt of court.
Tommy says that’s “only for juries.”
Tommy is the one lying, not the journo - and here’s why 👇
gadget44027447.bsky.social
He's helped him spread lies about his human trafficking cases, and even shill his crypto schemes.

While Adam Sosnick is getting attention for his stunt throwing a tampon at Ana Kasparian, it is a good time to remind everyone:

He is a massive simp for the self-confessed sex trafficker and predator of underage girls, Andrew Tate.

When asked to hand over his phone's pin, Tommy Robinson reportedly told police "Not a chance, bruv... you look like c*nts, so you ain't having it."

I'm not sure that "officers looking like c*nts" qualifies as a legitimate reason for refusing to comply with counter-terrorism police.

So Tommy Robinson claimed that he was... acting as some sort of delivery boy for a luxury vehicle while carrying over £15k in cash?

Both he and PC Thorogood told the court they were suspicious of the account Mr Lennon gave them.

"He was travelling a far distance with a vehicle that wasn't his," PC Thorogood said.

Officers had also found a small bag in the Bentley containing £13,370 and €1,910 (£1,660).

He described seeing a silver Bentley, an "unusual car to come through", with a lone occupant - Mr Lennon.

Another officer told the court that Mr Lennon had said he was delivering a friend's "extremely high value" Bentley Bentayga to Benidorm.

🚨🚨 In a bizarre development, PC Mitchell Thorogood, a counter-terrorism officer with Kent Police, told the court that Tommy Robinson told him that he was "delivering" an extremely high value Bentley to Benidorm, when he was stopped for questioning.

🚨🚨 Even Tommy Robinson propagandist, Ezra Levant, admits that Tommy was LYING about attracting a crowd of three million people at his Unite the Kingdom rally last month.

These lies from Tommy have made him an international embarrassment.
