I had a big stall for over a week. Weight hasn't moved but 1/2# since. I'm hesitant to push harder, but this old hardened fat weight needs to go too. I've started pushing again today, and it's like I never did it before just having had a few meals :(. Ah well, I'm gonna keep going!

I'm still moving friends! It's slowed a little, and stress has been higher. But you can see I'm still forcing myself to keep moving. I crossed 9000 steps last night! I'm down 24# total now, and I've still got a goal of another 58# more to go. I doubt I can do that, but I'm gonna try!

I'm a victim and a perpetrator for this one. I get called Fear-cat occasionally, or Fryercat. I also will pronounce one 2 or 3 times and then confidently say it wrong forever because nobody corrects me lol.

Started off pointing at airplanes screaming that aliens were attacking.... Then it escalated to the cops coming to get him, then an ambulance, and today a cop and a firetruck. He's definitely a meth head now.

So I had a LOT of ChAOs yesterday happen all at once. My neighbor was being a METHany, and I had a HUGE raid of almost 500 pop in while I was cooking so..... I don't have any pictures of the food we made oops! In any case, the recipe I borrowed from was really good, but it definitely needs work.
