Yeah and 2017-2020 wasn’t that long ago. But people just can’t be bothered unless or until it impacts them directly. Then they care and are pissed that “no one warned me” but the reality is, they just weren’t paying attention.

Funny how so many people have just come to accept the higher cost of living in the last 12 months. A year ago it was all Biden’s fault. Prices continue to rise but, now that the GOP controls gov’t and lies about it to our faces, it just “is what it is” and nothing can be done.

It’s almost as if both parties are actively choosing their voters and one party is acting to minimize voter turnout. You know, results that thoroughly disprove the “boycotting elections creates action” thesis.

Well sure, but No Kings is protesting armed, masked gov’t thugs invading our neighborhoods and tear-gassing children as they disappear citizens.

The Tea Party was protesting the unprecedented tyranny of a 3% tax on the rich so the working class could get health care.

So really…no contest.

Maybe the internet is full of pics and videos because everyone has a camera all the time and can instantly post? It’s also a factor of access and volume.

A bit different than the 80’s when maybe 1 in 20 people had a camera on them & the Russian gov’t only had to suppress a few sources.
