I’m sorry you went through it, too! It sucks. Round 2 for me, hopefully this means insurance will cover things quicker but damn,,, the urge to paint will be even harder to quell. Ty for your empathy ;;

I just hope that i can get imaging this time around to really see how extensive the damage is. I really don’t want to lose my job over this. I can’t afford to lose my job. Im already living paycheck to paycheck.

I was in such a nice place of skill starting to meet my level of taste, too… i’m kinda devastated. I was so depressed the last time. The only hope i have is that the pain is in a different spot, but its all connected. It w a s in the typical tennis elbow spot, but now it’s trapezius and deltoids.

Take care of your bodies. Don’t settle for poor ergonomics in your workplace. I’d been doing so good with my stretch and light exercise routine, too.

Not looking forward to the dance of medical debt and hoop jumping again. Not looking forward to not being able to paint for months.

Tendinitis went from dull ache by clockout to sudden full blown burning in my shoulders, upper back, and arms by noon yesterday. Lasted all night, even with the stronger anti inflams i was prescribed til i can see a dr on tuesday.

i just want to paint. Now I can barely hold my phone to type this.

Lrp i love the frustrations of painting. The little joys, the harsh reality checks, the puzzles. The outcome isnt the point. I would hate to outsource the growing part of growth.

I write because I love writing. I love writing even when I'm struggling with a writing problem that is killing me. Finding a way through that problem is both intensely rewarding and also helps me become a better writer. There is no reason for me to ever outsource that.

I guess it means you could curate your following a bit more but i already hardly chat with people here, so not worth it for me!

Plus it means i have one feed of people i follow and not multiple lists that i’d forget to cross follow so i have more chances of seeing Zeiku art… 😍
