Und am Ende ist es ja so - Frauen und Minderheiten müssen mindestens doppelt so viel dafür tun um annähernd gleichwertig wahrgenommen zu werden. Also ja liebe Dana, ich kann es nachvollziehen, auch wenn ich nicht in deinen Schuhen stecke.

Und allein das Gefühl dem Bild nicht gerecht zu werden, befeuert den inneren Imposter noch weiter. Am Ende mache ich das alles für mich. Ich bin gut. Aber nicht gut genug für meine eigenen Standards. Die Latte für mich liegt immer höher als ich selber drankomme.

Ich bin nicht super intelligent. Ich hab ein Gedächtnis wie ein Sieb. Zahlen und Namen sind oft Schall und Rauch. Alles was ich habe, die wer ich bin habe ich mir hart erarbeitet. Ich bin selten eine Abkürzung gegangen. Und trotzdem bin ich weit von dem entfernt wie andere mich sehen.

Ich glaube viele Realisieren nicht wieviel Fleiß dahinter steckt gut zu sein. Wieviele Opfer es abverlangt. Das wirkt nur als würde es einem zufliegen. Andere sehen nur die Fassade. Aber während sie feiern waren oder anderweitig gelebt haben, arbeiteten diejenigen die gut werden dafür.

Es kommt darauf an. GroßeAbdominelle OP brei Aszites -> vermutlich ja um den Blutdruck ganz am durchrutschen zu hindern, und die Flüssigkeitstherapie daran zu hindern im Bauch zu versacken. IntraOP bei Sepsis mache ich es nicht. Das ist eher was für die ICU.
