Conference USA has no real reason to exist as a FBS level conference. I look at a game like tonight(Kennesaw State🆚FIU)&my head says "these teams belong in FCS."

It's a catch-all for the teams that weren't good enough&didn't fit in other conferences. #collegefootball

Yesterday I was watching Canada's main Thanksgiving parade (Waterloo, ON) on YouTube. (Used to watch on CTV before the cable provider dropped it.) The one stream I found had ~40 viewers&the commentator sounded like a male Canadian valley girl. After each float, "very cool, fer shure, eh?"

The real issue here is why are these companies charging 30% of their customers' income? Any other industry except rent would see this as obscene exploitation. The subsidy just covers up the overcharging.

Great question... though TV themes themselves have gone so far by the wayside as well, the few that remain largely being short snippets.

I could imagine Curb Your Enthusiasm's theme being a 70s-style novelty, especially in the UK.
