I usually go with the "is it looking like it belongs?" rule. For example I have a fairytale-theme enchantress Alela deck: I don't mind having a LOTR "flowering of the white tree"...it fits the theme // but I won't be adding a "with great power...". A giant spider-man in NYC definitely doesn't fit...

The only popular IPs I can think of that have lots of nonhuman characters are cartoons (Disney is out of the question due to lorcana) so I guess from cartoon network or Nickelodeon? "Adventure Time" or "Steven universe" or "TMNT" even

Mine is Alela enchantress! It has become by far my most expensive deck just by adding cool/flashy/foil upgrades and secret lair versions of cards over the years

Yeah.. magic has a very specific shape for the text boxes and now that the rounded corners are technically half circles it reads completely off

It was always a little bit experience .. near the 10$/€ from the beginning

It's so sad that the white legendary vanilla from this cycle is basically the same as the random green vanilla from the same set:

Earth Gravity is fine ... Evolutionary standing upright in the most "easy to tip over" orientation possible is a bit much

I still only visualize the old logo when i read the letters WTC

I've seen one irl .. yeah the symbols are quite distracting and ugly
