and also I've tried to talk to my PCP about it and there is no other surgeon that will do top surgery that doesn't have similar requirements for weight (or worse). The only option she gave me was going on ozempic. So I guess either I go on ozempic, starve myself, or just want to fucking ☠️

last time they wouldn't book bc I'd had my hysto and they refuse to do surgery unless its been a year since the last surgery. SO THAT ISNT MY FAULT. So the office gave me til Jan to lose weight (6-11 lbs) or I'm being removed from the wait list. I've been waiting for this surgery for FIVE YEARS

this surgeon has a bmi limit because of "risks" and the surgery is "optional" lol. I thought I was under based on previous discussions with the office, but no, turns out I'm not. And they said this is the last time they'll contact me because they've tried to book twice

I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.

I still need to romance Gale, Shadowheart and Minthara. I started both a Gale romance my first run, but then fell in love with Halsin so didn't see it through. And then my second run was Karlach (and so was my Wyll origin run, I love them together).

I also need to do different endings for Gale and Lae'zel at some point - I was going to aim for it with the evil durge, but Gale isn't alive and I messed up convincing Lae'zel not to trust Voss, so I'll have to try again I think. Currently working on evil Shadowheart and ascended Astarion endings

Once I beat this, I'm gonna try honour mode again. I want to try a radiant open hands monk. I do still have one playthrough but I've goofed some story things so I think I'm gonna restart with a tav instead of durge. I also still have a drow resist durge in act 1 that I wanna get back to eventually
