Hi Im Garrett. I’m a liberal, middle age blue collar millennial turned stay at home dad. I beat leukemia in 2019, but found out I’ve had muscular dystrophy. When I feel up to it I build and play guitars, and make various art projects.

I live about an hour south of Dover AFB and I’m between SBY and the airport in Georgetown, about 15 miles from both. This isn’t normal here… we get a lone f18, or a flight of two a10s on training missions. The occasional sea stallion, but mostly I photograph the crop dusters working the fields.

I just buy the big bottle but use disposable whip tips. Works great until a 4oz bottle of ca glue falls over inside your socket drawer 🤣.

How badly does Delaware train their state troopers? A deer got hit infront of my house and it’s taken the trooper 6 shots over 2 minutes to euthanize the deer. I mean for fucks sake, how to you miss and further injure the animal from 3 feet away? Six fucking shots

You don’t realize what’s coming. There’s been black hawks flying all over the Delmarva peninsula this week. People are a few missed meals from rioting, then the quick response forces will be deployed to quell unrest. Yours and others patience has doomed us to living under a military dictatorship.

#making I volunteered to make a parade float for my wife’s 11th grade students. I spent about a week laser cutting and painting everything. This years theme was disco and we won.

People send me ai generated images all the time to have them laser engraved on wood or stone. That’s a real video. AI would be really janky around the kittens toes that are gripping the bars. I don’t see any telltales here.

People built homemade illegal firearms out of common plumbing parts for the last 50-60 years. New manufacturing tech isn’t the problem, it’s stupid people that ruin everything. I’m not attacking you, I just want to understand why people hate a tech that lets you manifest physical objects.

Why would you have disdain for the closest thing to Star Trek replicators in our lifetime? Really, I’ll never understand people’s fear of new technology. From kids toys to replacement vents for 89’ Mazda RX7, to a real playable electric guitar, I’ve drawn them up in cad and printed them out.
