It's a skritch skritch skritch every time they shop or pay bills or worry about their healthcare or Medicare/pension or see friends close to bankruptcy or their children trying to get jobs or their neighbors being dragged away by masked men or catch a glimpse of the news. Not happy at all.
Who says normies don't care? People are not happy. They may not march or contact their representatives or write letters to their local paper (if they still have one) or post on the socials etc - but they are grumbling very loud.
These weren't "protestors," they were just regular New Yorkers going about their business and reacting when bullies came into the neighborhood threatening people on the street.
1 - Is there a name for this in legal terms or a precedent? 2 - Do you think his personal lawyers now put into the DOJ came up with this stunt + broached it to Trump? 3 - Who else gets paid if this comes off?
Do you really think this is gonna happen? Who can contest it?
We're not alone and it's important to remember that! There's more than just online kinship - actual people in the flesh talking about organizing + the next election + pressuring our congressman; etc.
All ages + different demonstration-experience. I met + talked with: veterans (including a couple who both came from a long line of service + were trying to discourage their teenagers not to join up until Republicans are out of the White House (their first protest!);
So many small towns, tiny villages, crossroads around the country had some form of No Kings protest. There were 800 (!!!) people in my village lining up both sides of the main drag. Cars honking + people waving passing through
