I have almost a week left till I get my dermoid ovarian cysts removed via open surgery with a mini c-section cut....

Im both looking forward to and dreading this surgery.
Ive been in a lot of active pain on the dailym

The aftermath and recovering is not going to be fun. 😕

I think thats a smart way of going about it, tbh!

I'm a bit more heehee silly sometimes, but I dont think I'd ever be able to fully act as a character. Nor would I want to cause that sounds exhausting.

Im in awe of people who can do that. 'Cause Im not a good actor. 🥲

Exactly what I did for Figment as her themes and lore very much tied to my own personality and mindset. Even was a childhood OC I came up with and refurbished.

I think one of the things I will always emphasize about myself as a vtuber is that Im just always 100% myself.

Like, even masquerading as a silly anime character on the internet, Im literally the same person here as I am in my everyday life.

Ill always be me, just with some make-believe.

Avoidant behavior, self-isolation and forgetfulness is especially the kicker.

I , personally, have a habit of thinking of others and wondering how their life is going but rather than reaching out I totally forget.

Thats.... a good way of approaching that issue, tbh. Just requesting small ways to check in or that they care.

I think, for myself, it would just be a "Hey, been thinking about you, how are you?"

Or sharing a moment from their day or a meme or something of the sort....I think? 🤔

It can be very hard to beat loneliness at times. 😕

I really want to cultivate deeper relationships and a stronger social network.

I have a very hard time reaching out to and opening up to others. Emotionally and mentally.

Waiting for surgery for 2 giant ovarian dermoid teratomas and still recovering from gallbladder surgery at the same time is rough.

I feel bad thats all I can really focus on lately....

Its good to be mindful that being human is a universal experience and we are not alone in it.

We can all relate to each other and connect with one another.

Its part of the experience and you are worthy of that.

That must totally mean Im not worthy of their time or interacting with them, yep.

Its something I have done on a subconscious level and I have only recently noticed as a behavioral pattern.

Its hard to remind yourself that everyone is human and we are always figuring things out in life.

You know,

For most my 20s, Ive inadvertently put others up on pedestals mentally.

I will find a thing in a person that I admire and by extension put myself down for thinking I dont have that thing.

If they have that thing, then surely they have everything figured out, right?

I am so proud of myself!

Im about 7IBS away from my year weight goal Ive set for myself.

Ive lost a total of 23IBS from June to now October. From a mix of gallbladder issues and making the decision to move and eat better for my health.

They finally got back to me for my dermoid cyst surgery, FINALLY!!

Nov. 10th Im getting these suckers evicted from my body.
Phew.

Im so relieved, its not even funny. 😭😭

Im still switching to a new OBGYN after this procedure and follw up because my current one's office absolutely stinks.

I called another OBGYN to set up a first-time patient appointment on Halloween. 🙃
Both my sisters go to her.

Tired of getting the run around with this dermoid cystbsurgery and my current OBGYN.

Im just so upset, frustrated, and want to be listened to and taken seriously.

Keep your fingers crossed for me. They seem to be extra pokey right now for some damn reason.

They keep at it I may as well just switch to a new OBGYN.

It was OK when I had yearly check ups but for anything as important as surgery they suck at getting to you.

It is an absolute joke that was nor never will be funny.

My general surgeon and their nurse were 10x quicker than these guys with my gallbladder surgery.
And they are literally in the exact same office.

Its downright ridiculous!
