If your LinkedIn feed is full of posts that you complain are AI slop, here’s the solution. Review your list of connections, and other accounts you follow. Remove the accounts that are posting AI slop. Those accounts aren’t paying attention to your authentic posts anyway, so it’s no loss.

Let's use DNS misconfiguration as an example. The root cause may be poor employee training, a poor change management system, or both. In either case, we can correctly say that DNS worked exactly as it was designed to work.

My smartwatch paid for itself today. I returned my rental car at LAS to fly to SEA. I was walking away from the rental car when my watch started vibrating. I looked at it, and it said, "Phone disconnected."
Whoops!
I walked back to the car and retrieved my phone.

You can easily spot the people that don’t have much depth of IT experience. Their comments on posts show that they think the example network scenarios they saw in their cert prep courses are the sum total of what real-world networks are like. Same goes for their confident opinions on policy.

Last Friday I quit using Outlook for my main email account. I've gotten so frustrated with Outlook. Some of the issues have been around for years. So, I'm done. I still have some minor accounts in Outlook. I'll leave them there until I find what I love, and then I'll migrate the rest of them.
