Sometimes things don't go according to plan but they still turn out amazing. This is #angora #fiber from my dear Nox and this is certainly not the color I wanted to dye it. But things happened and now I wish I had a way to reproduce it!

All my big bobbins for my Lendrum are full, I guess that means I'll actually have to skein and bathe them now!
On the left is a #yarn for a blanket for a friend, the middle is a personal spin and the one on the right is "Naturally Gray" and will hit the shop at some point.

Last night I had a sudden case of craftiness and made 2 #stitchmarkers with mini skeins of my #handspun #yarn.
So naturally I replaced two of my stitchmarkers in my current #knitting project to see how they are holding up.

If they work well and people are interested, I might add them to the shop.

Hi!
This is what I would call a standard size spindle. The shaft is about 8 inches long and the wings measure about 5.5 inches across.
However, I think Snyder Spindles also offers mini versions, so definitely check them out!

I was trying to get a good look at this older, still unwashed #fleece, when Fiberdog Hestia reminded me that she, too, is obsessed with the smell of #rawwool. She barged in and started sniffing the whole fleece before finally giving me this look that clearly says "this is my #wool, mom".
