And by which lines that doesn't follow the vanishing point, I mean the diagonal lines or the lines that aren't straight up and down.

Non parallel lines can be the issue but it does depends on the shape, what i see from the shapes you've drawn is mostly a perspective thing as some of the lines doesn't follow a vanishing point, which would make them a bit wonky
