![in limsa lominsa, there is a local phenomenon called... PISS ROCK.
In a desperate attempt to clean up limsa's image, merylwyb has been turning pirate crews into civilized, respectable businesses (sort of).
however, in recent years, she has also been quite literally trying to clean the streets of... Piss. and shit too, maybe.

toilets exist, sure, but lominsa is a rather precarious location to host a large population of drunken pirates. perched on top of literal rocks and some cliffs, lominsa only offers stairs and sometimes lifts (that's only in the main/downtown areas) -- all of which would likely be ignored by someone in the midst of a drunken stupor, desperately in search of release.
the aforementioned rock is at the boundary of the main plaza areas and where the less... enriched parts of town are.
