I've been wanting new Halloween earrings for awhile and although I'm saving money rn these were only $5 from Walmart so I could afford to buy them and I will be wearing them every day this month

bedtime now, we'll see how I feel when I wake up. tomorrow is my last day of muscle relaxants so I reeeeeally hope I'm healed enough to go without them. it'll be nice to not be so lightheaded and sleepy 24/7 either way.

so I did end up with pretty bad pain again for a few hours after I showered and settled in. my muscles got really tight and leaning over and/or extending my right arm was extremely painful. BUT the pain faded and now it's just a little sore! so I think I'm safe to start gently exercising again!

I've been up since 6am (I had shelter volunteer work this morning) so I'm gonna take a nap real quick then attempt to go for a run since my ribs don't hurt too bad today and I'm not having any side effects from my COVID/flu shots!

there's room for her at the shelter now but the fleas need taken care of first ;; I don't think it's a huge rush to get her out there bc it looks like there's still a lot of work to do before the house can be listed but I know she's lonely here by herself ;;

I'm visiting with Miss Kiki and she still hasn't gotten flea medicine... I'm hoping my uncle will bring some when he comes this evening. I found a brush and she LOVED being brushed (it probably feels good on her itchy skin). I gave her some treats but she wasn't interested bc she just wanted pets 😭

I got woken up by a woodpecker bc I thought someone was knocking 🤡

my new plan is to eat lunch and then, since it's been so dry out, go to the nearby woods and take a walk on the trails since it's been ages since I've done so
