We still don't know who will have the French-language national NHL rights starting in 2026. The Rogers announcement didn't include TVA, so anything is possible (Rogers running its own French broadcasts, TVA renewing, a deal with RDS, a streamer, etc.)

The commission will also simplify the process to upgrade from a low-power station to a full-power station, allow developmental stations up to 50W (from 5W), and allow ethnic subcarrier channels without prior approval.
