In general I wasn't really into RPGs until recently (as in the past 8-9 years which isn't recent at all but YKWIM) like I think the first JRPG I fully played through from start to finish was Xenoblade Chronicles 2 in middle school lmao

The closest I've gotten to being "into" a Pokémon game was I think Moon on 3DS but if I ever play one of them it should be one of the ones I already have (White, LeafGreen, & Shining Pearl) instead of downloading another one but a part of me wants to do those games or ORAS lol

For a good few years it was easier play Mother 3 in English than to play EarthBound officially. Unless you're just really allergic to old games and need to play it with HD-2D 5K RTX graphics or some shit lol

Speaking of GTA IV it's funny how Niko's one of the most sympathetic protagonists when he's also someone who committed a ton of war crimes and sold people into sex slavery & the entire game is him going on a hypocritical quest for revenge over the stuff he did/still does lmao

I like how in Grand Theft Auto IV Niko perfectly understands Little Jacob's heavy Iyaric speech. At first he has a hard time understanding standard English due to being from Serbia but he just instantly understands exactly what he's saying lmao

A stupid part of me wants to buy Ryū ga Gotoku Kenzan & brute force my way through the game holding a camera with Google Translate on a tripod for when I don't know what to do but that'd be dumb (I'd have to buy a cheap dollar store phone because outer camera barely works) lol

Kinda reminds me of how the fan translation for Kurohyō 2 was fully complete before the one for Kurohyō. Maybe for Brandish people think there's less reason to translate the original due to it having an official English translation for the SNES/PSP versions but that'd still be stupid lol

I remember one time my mom's friend's husband had one of those pirate streaming things on their TVs & I tried to watch John Wick 4 (saw in theater already) & literally 20 minutes in the middle of the screen got covered up by an advertisement for a casino in the Middle East lmao
