I don't mind it but give us some consistency. If the pile isn't moving after 2 seconds then stop the play. The end. Too many time a whistle blows too early or way too late. Or not at all, ball is slapped out of the QBs hand, and then they say "oh wait...forward progress was stopped...uh..."
