Just put homemade chocolate chip cookie dough in the fridge. If you can chill the dough for at least 24 hours (up to 3 days) before baking you'll find the cookies have better texture! 🍪

I didn't invent that tip, but it's definitely one I recommend!

It's baking season!

-maple pecan scones (maybe with a hint of orange zest)
-chocolate chip crumb coffee cake
-pistachio-filled sweet rolls (in debate about chocolate topping or a vanilla icing)
-hummingbird sheet cake with cream cheese frosting
-pecan pie bars
-sweet potato pie
