What makes a journal #DiamondOA?
To be included in the DDH, six criteria are considered:
🔸 Persistent identification
🔸 Scholarly journal
🔸 #OpenAccess with open licences
🔸 No author fees
🔸 Open to all authors
🔸 Community-owned

🔸 Give them access to EDCH services
Support for societies = support for sustainable Open Access.

These societies often run journals with unpaid labour, minimal infrastructure and limited capacity to grow.
Still, they support entire academic fields. That model needs support.
