It’s kind of sad that the builders who’ve lived here all their lives would resist heat pump systems.
But then I’ve noticed that builders are v resistant to change unless it makes an immediate profit for them.

I had heat pump systems installed in my new house. The builder fought me on it bc AC & a furnace are what he’s used to installing.
The heat pump system is nice and quiet while the AC system next door is v noisy.

The Brewers manager, Pat Murphy, is a great guy. Brilliant baseball knowledge, well mannered and not ego driven. We need more like him in all sports.
I can see why the Brewers are doing so well.

We left St. George and drove to Sydney. Along the way we drove along the coast, north of Sydney. Even as a young 8 yr old I was screaming inside my head:”Why didn’t we live there?”
It’s very beautiful.

Someday soon pancreatic cancer will be stopped in its tracks by the use of a CRISPr modified virus delivery of chemotherapy.
