Because they failed to utilise their large majority to disinfect our media environment, I fear that Labour may never be elected again. The culture of partiality/lying is being allowed to take hold and I don’t know how we could roll it back if we let it slide any further.

Can we rid ourselves of the notion that #farmers are guardians of our environment? They’ve delivered environmental collapse, supported Brexit and Reform, and if they’re asked to pay taxes, they bring London to a halt.

The UK is by no means a fiscal outlier internationally.

We are ‘middle of the pack’ on the scale of the deficit, and UK government borrowing is projected to fall by more than in other large economies.
