The Ukrainian project “I Want to Live” was the first to report Nasilovsky’s death. Mediazona was able to confirm it via the Probate Registry. According to leaked government databases, he was convicted for murder as a minor: at 17, he stabbed his mother to death during an argument
Murmansk native Maxim Nasilovsky is the youngest Russian killed in the war with Ukraine, Mediazona learned. Born Oct 20, 2006, he'd been serving a 5-year sentence for the murder of his mother when he was recruited into the army. He died on 30 Nov 2024, a month after turning 18
